This page will have a list of tools I have used and love to use. Some will be affiliate links and some will not be. These tools are chosen only because I used them and love them. My hope is some of these tools can help you with your future project.
Sump Pump Link
Menards had a great deal on this pump. The pump worked great and pump all the water out 4 inches of water inside a 15 X 9 basement in 30 mins. It just left a few puddles to dry up. If you want to get one of these awesome pumps it is below with a link.
Rip Cut
This tool is great for making cabinets and doors. I used it to rip down some plywood for doors. It makes quick work and is easy to attach to your saw.
