Windows
Two of three windows are installed in the addition. They are single hung vinyl windows with double panel glass. They are installed to the manufacturer's instructions with 1 1/2 " roofing nails with silicone sealant, and for extra protection a window flashing tape was used on top of nailing flange that is asphalt based for durability. On the top of the window the flashing tape was placed under the house wrap for better seal.
