House Wrap
This week the addition was wrapped with woven house wrap to protect it from water. The house wrap came from Menards and is really easy to use. The hardest part is getting the gable end stapled with 1/2" staples and seams taped. All the seams were taped with Block It tape , which is also very good to work with and sticks well on the wrap. I left the seam untaped on the front of the addition to allow access through the window opening until the door way is cut into the main house. Next step on the exterior will be windows, however next weeks post will be interior framing.
